Today I bought a Nanopad from a local dealer, but it is used. I'm having a problem where only my X-Y pad will work and none of the velocity pads will, and I'm not sure if the problem is because the product is used/broken or if there is something for me to do on my end.
I use an Xponent with Torq and it works wonderfully. Once I installed the (1.12) Nanopad drivers and plugged it in, Torq recognized the pad as a midi device instantly (keep in mind, I'm on Windows 7). To assign midi keys in Torq, you right click on a function and then press the midi button that you'd like to assign it to. For instance, if I right click on a knob, it will turn red. After it turns red, I'm able to touch the X-Y pad and assign the pad to the knob - it works perfectly. Again, the problem that I'm having is with the velocity pads. None of them respond and I cannot get them to work at all with Torq.
I've read that I have to change the Nanopad from sending CC and it must send Notes, which I tried changing in the Korg Kontrol Editor with no luck. Here is a picture of what I see in Kontrol:

I'm not sure what to do. Is there something that I must do on my end? Or should I return this broken piece of hardware. Please help me as soon as you can so that my return policy doesn't run out!
Thanks so much!
