Question about combis

i have samples loaded on a usb... i know how to load them up to the m3... now i want to make a combi with these samples... i know how to make the combi BUT when im done creating the combi the sound is low... i have checked all volume parameters and all of them are at the fullest... does anybody know what causes this to happen... and a solution, in order to have the combis at regular volume.

I think it must be something to do with the effects, I added my Irish Acts piano to a combi and it came out much quieter.

I'm not really sure but that's the only thing I can think of.
