padKontrol Knob 1+2 Assignment Problems...

Hey everyone,

I've had my unit for over a year but I'm just now getting into using it. Right after buying it, though, I remember following the directions on pg.19 of the manual for assigning messages 09-13 to knobs 1 and 2. It worked fine.

Now, though, when I'm in play mode and hold the buttons for knob 1 OR 2, nothing lights up (not even the 'assign' buttons themselves), and when I try to assign a message (by hitting 11 for Pan with 'knob 1 assign' held, for example), absolutely nothing happens. This is really frustrating and I'm convinced I must be doing something wrong because everything else on this unit seems to work okay.

Mane... re-read your manual's p-19. if u r not convinced after pushing : Knob assign 1 + pad (9-16) : just push setting and check the cc assigned to ur knob 1. ...
