padKONTROL automatically detected by DAW (Reason)

FOR Reason users or other *.midicodec

I guess That many of You all know How to customize the "cc"s and notes layout with the padKONTROL ( like Tranzport, Keyboard variation Switches etc.), especially when you have That article as a reference:

However, With all that knowledge made clear about sysex, I'd be nice to do more, but I've been lazy and procrastinating on it. Anyway.. just to add something simple but enjoyable to start.
I've been knowing that for ages but :... get reason to autodetect your padkontrol in "auto Detect Surfaces".

add those two lines to your midicodec files (see further)

you may create your own "Korg padKONTROL.midicodec" and
"padKONTROL.remotemap" and place it in their respective directories

*.midicodec in "/Codecs/MIDI Codecs/"
*.remotemap in "Maps/Korg (Brand)


PC: (vista, 7) : "C:\ProgramData\Propellerhead Software\Remote\"
: (XP :allow view hidden files first) "C:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/Propellerhead Software/Remote"

Mac : "HD/Library/Application Support/Propellerhead Software/Remote"
