New padKONTROL User Questions

For some reason my original post is not showing up.

I have 2 questions:

First, how can I get the notes / octave on my pad to match my DAW and various software. The pad it like +1 octave. For instance it is C1 on my DAW and C2 on my pad, I want these to be the same.

Second, I cannot get my flam or roll to work on S.01 and S.02 but it works on the other pads like S.03 and up. All my scenes are original factory so far as this is a brand new and I have not made and custom scenes yet.

Any help is appreciated.

The octave problem is.... not a problem as such.
It is just a different naming standard. The PadKontrol will be transmitting the same MIDI note number (0-127), it is just that the developer of your DAW decided that number was called C1, and KORG decided that it was called C2. some would even call it C0.

in SETTINGS mode ( like when you push SETTINGS button) to configure you padKONTROL ) press and Hold ROLL the pads that are Roll activated will light up. If none of your pads are lit just press the ones you'd like to use with roll. and they should stay lit for as long as you hold [ROLL].
Finish by pressing [SETTINGS]

Don't forget to save your Scene if u need to.
