I was wondering if you can copy a full patteron the EMX1.

I noticed that if I go to a new pattern, press a part button then hold shift/copy part, and scroll to the orginal pattern, press the part I want and then press copy part again, it will bring over the MIDI sequence.

BUT when I try and bring over the sound also using the same method except "copy sound", the pattern I copied is gone. Is this because I forgot to press write pattern? I am not sure, but it seems like you need to save everytime you do anything..is this correct?

Sure, it's easy :) Hit save, then when it prompts you, scroll to the slot (A.01 - D.64) where you want it before hitting save again.

That is great..thanks so much.

This groovebox is amazing. I have had it 2 days and have already made beats that are slamming. What a fun way to write music. I am going to start tracking into my DAW tonight, if that goes smoothly and the timing is right, I will be quite happy.

I wouldn't give up my tribe for anything! I've had it for almost 5 years and still find inspiration in it :D
