Is it possible to make let's say a sound play on the right side, and a delay on the left only?
How could I do this with an effect?
or the other way I thought would be to make a sound in a combi and pan it to the right, and then another sound panned to the left and delayed, but would this be possible to do with any of the delay effects?
Can I make a delay only on one side?

Yes, I checked it just now and it is possible in only one effect. I do it in L/C/R Delay. Just set:
L Delay Time [msec] to for example 600 msec, level 50,
C Delay Time[msec] at level 0 (Center is not played)
R Delay Time [msec] at 0 msec at level 50.
(You can change levels from 0 to 50, it depends what volume you want on each of sides)
At the end of page change to Wet.
Now at left speaker you have delay at 600 msec and you hear only delay notes, and in right speaker you have 0 msec, it's playing normally.
Sorry for my english, I think you understand how I do it
