Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing well.
I had a question about the speakers of the korg pa800 and sound systems.
I notice that when I creates styles on the 800 using its internal speakers it all ways comes out great, but when I play it on various pa systems the quality changes. Should I be using headphones when making my styles from now on, continue using the internal speakers, connect the 800 to monitor speakors, or straight into a pa system while creating styles.
Thanks

I think you have almost answered your own question within your question?!
Every set of speakers will "colour" the sound in some way, including the PA800 speakers. Thats why when buying studio monitor speakers you find in general the Flatter the sound response the more expensive the monitor.
Ideally, if you can help it, you should Hook up your PA800 to the PA system you use at gigs in your house and create styles like that. That way you can be confident that your style will sound the way it should at gigs.
hope this helps.
regards,
Vlad
