Ax 1500g bank up button broken?

hi all im new here and had a questions. i have the tone works ax1500g and the right "bank up" button isnt working. well it does here and there but id say 90% of the time it dont. all the other buttons work. i notice u have to press it extremely hard to make it work. any ideas how to fix this? i opened it up, remove the circuit board over the buttons and tried cleaning the dust but same result. any help you can give is well needed, thanks

It's probably the Tact switch, try and ring Korg for a new one. Alternatively, try and pick one up from an electronics outlet.

How would I go about installing a new one? Is there a specifc spec I'm lookin for if I get one at anelectronics store?

You should be able to get them from any electronic specialists store or try Korg themselves.

If it is the Tac switch, you'll need a soldering iron and some patience, it can be a bit fiddly if you don't use a soldering iron all that often.
