lost file

Hi,
In an earlier topic I wrote that I lost an file from the keyboard, well it happened again, I put on new styles turned off the keyboard later turned it on and lost a file but this time I also lost my global settings, and when I try to write global setting it displays that it can't write it, for what reason can't it write it?
Actually I have a backup, but is there any way to prevent this from happening?

Have you tried re-installing the OS and Resources?

(What PA model is it?)
