Live recording messy after update!

Is it only me or is the live recording f***ed up after the latest update? Patterns play fine but when you listen to your recordings its all noisy and glitchy. This probably is a playback issue since old recordings that worked before the update is also messy.

I post one too later, but i think it will sound fine for you since im guessing its a playback issue (because old recordings also gets messed up).

Ok... So it is the playback that fucks things up, not the recording part. I made a teaser of my latest song and it sounds horrible inside ims-20, but ok on soundcloud (iphone app)

My exported songs seem to end after a minute or so, altough i was live recording them for five minutes. It happened to me twice now.

Does anyone have the same experience?

Are you "live recording" by setting 'real time recording' ON under the GLOBAL setting ?

If not you will just be effectively recording a pattern length or a single cycle of a song.

I think the problem appear when "pattern change" is not locked in the song/pattern Windows

No, i have that Pattern change thing locked.

@Krog: Yes, i am talking about live recording. First going to Global and then live recording.

I mean, on top of that my recent songs are stopped after a minute or so when i replay them, the sound of it is also kind of disturbed...just like other users reported before. Listening to it on the Mac, sounds well again, but still, the songs remain incomplete, not in full lenght like i used to record them.

It's just frustrating...

No, i don't think so...
It's up to the developers.

Only thing is to export it over iTunes and then listen to it...

I have the same problem.
I am currently testing out two options.
1 If the master output level is too high then the recording is really distorted.
Turning it down below peak level seems to fix it.
2 I read somewhere in another sound app (think it was Noise.io) that it's a good idea to reboot the iPad before running the sound app as other apps can tie up the processor. I have tried this and it has improved the audio playback. I also turned off WIFI, LOCATION MANAGER and any other settings to see if it increased audio performance.

The bad news is that I am still getting the odd glitch on playback. Been playing the same track all afternoon and the glitches when they occur are at different times in the playback.
