radias as cc controler

I've assigned the cc parameters on the radias to control my atc-1. I only know how to do this in global mode, is there a way I can have different cc's per timbre so I can set up a patch that controls different synths on each timbre? Would be great to have:

timbre1: lil phatty
timbre2: atc-1
timbre3: DX7
timbre4: ms-10 and micromoog via kenton pro 2000
