I bought this out of US and expected indian version but I feel its not.. at all.
I wonder if i can get indian CD from some where to chenge this.

I was not even aware there was an Indian version.

Your only option is to probably try to work with the India Korg Distributor, who probably customizes the M3s that are imported into India.
