Midi Quest and Trinity Rack

Post by fjs714 »

Hi,
I was thinking of getting the software for my Rack. However, I also own an Oasys and have read that by changing the positions of the Programs, It would affect the sounds of the Multis since since the Multis seek out the appropriate Programs.
Will this also happen with the Trinity Rack?
Thanks Frank

Most likely. I think the identification is related to the numeric location of the program, not the name or anything else a human would be inclined to remember.

patches moving effecting multi's

Post by Spacecowboy »

download trinitro. once in the program, when you click on a sound patch, it shows you what combi's its connected with in the left pane. so if youre only moving the patch it would be easy to go the multi and change to the new patch number. then send back to the rack. bam! no worries. once saved to the rack you can go back to midiquest and do your editing. you will notice one program may be in a lot of multi's and realize you may not be concerned about all of them.
