How is kronos organised file managment songs projects etc

Anyone know how kronos handles sounds songs patches etc..

is everything just dumped in to one place or can you have different setups patch lists samples etc for individual projects etc..

what happens when you have exhausted existing RAM etc..

it seems you're coming from a Fantom G! :wink:
I guess the data management is not that different as on earlier korg models.
You can save different kind of stuff separately. Patches and combis are saved as .pcg data. Sequences are saved as seq data and samples/multisamples create two kind of files. One multisample file (.kmp) and one folder with the same name, containing the single samples.
You can create your own folders, subfolders and store whatever kind of data you want.
It's also possible to load just one or selected parts of out of a file, for example, one single patch, more than one or the whole bank. The same is true for the samples/multisamples.

So, you can start to create a new project from an existing one, there you can use what you already use and save it under a different name, or you can start a completely new project and load stuff from older projects. You decide what you'll load from older projects.
