Korg PA800 Made in China or Italy?

Korg PA800 Made in China or Italy?

Dear Friends,

This is my first post in this forum :)

I'm eager to buy a PA800 in Iran. They say that all of the PA800 available in shops are made in China and there is no "Made in Italy" Now.

Is this correct?

I think it's kinda weird that such an expensive arranger is made in china!

I'd appreciate any comment on this post :)

Why! China is a great leader in electronic market, most of the parts from electronic comes from china!

PA2X & PA800 is made in Italy. PA500 is made in China.

I don't know for sure, but it may be that many of the 2X and 800 components are made in China and then assembled in Italy. If Italian trade rules are anything like our Canadian ones, then that would qualify it to have a Made in Italy label. Anyway, it's all down to quality control no matter where it's made.

Not too long ago Paolo from Korg Italy said:
