How to get split mode?

i've searched all over the net and in this forum.
but i havent found anything.
I can only get the sounds layered in COMBI but not split.

can anyone show me how to get the split and if its possible the split with samples?

EDIT: i've read the owners manual online but didnt quite understood it.

You can set a 'zone' for each timbre, which determines what range of keys each timbre responds to. This is more flexible than a straight split because you can have overlap and crossfading and such in the middle too.

The combi page/tab you are looking for I think is called KeyZ. You set the top and bottom key for each timbre.

A handy thing to note is that wherever you have to enter a key or velocity value; highlight the field, then hold down enter and press a key on the keyboard. If the field is for a velocity value, it will take the velocity of the key you hit and put it in the value field. If it is for a note value, it will take the note number you hit and place its value in the field.
