Starting a New Website for Learning More about Synths..???

Post by thompson_m50 »

Hello everyone... After going through korg forums I do find a wealth of information here in this website. A beginner to an expert would find all he need to know about synths, music compositions, informations, tutorials etc etc they need from this website. And I am really thankfull to the website owner too....

Now I was wondering regarding how it would be if I start a website for learning more about synths, music recording, mastering, etc etc....

I registered a domain www.learn2synth.com. Now what do you all guys think about that. I do know that there are many professionals here..If you all could help we can create a huge informative website with all you need to learn, teach and share your knowledge and experiences regarding music.

whats the opinion in regard of this matter...? is anyone interested in helping me for setting up this website?... I can take care of hosting and designing and all... what I need is good content, tutorials, videos etc etc..

So what do you all say....

ps :this website aint going to be a competion for korgforums.com :-)... just an idea came to me and I am sharing it to you all..

Guys I am sorry for my late reply..ok...

Now what all contents and sections do we need for the website???

As for me I am planning to make sections for

1.Tutorials
a.Regarding various Music Synthesizing Technologies .Like how to make a sound sample ,making a voice patch..theory of synth music etc etc
b. Regardiing how to Synthesis in specific Keyboards such as Korg,Roland,Motif etc
c.How to work with DAWS and Sound Synthesizer softwares ,VSTS etc
d. How to Sequence Music

2.Teaching Music
A place to learn Western,Indian,Oriental and others styles of Music around the world.

3.Writing Reviews and Articles of Latest Keyboards And Music Technlogies

4.Making a SynthTube for sharing videos of your talent.

Theses are my ideas......
Dont know how much pratical they are...

So what do you all think..???
