Dec Button Dead

Post by PatrickD »

This is not a very happy deal as i keep the unit covered and clean as possible but my Dec button is not working and i need a fix. Tried using air but that produced no change. I know this has happened to others because I've read the threads but I couldn't kick up a search result so any help would be appreciated!
Thanks
