Please Help. Pa800, i cant play on the keyboard.

HI!

Everything works fine and the styles works very good.
But when im trying to load a Sound, i cant play it on the keyboard.
I press the keys. but no sound comes. Im very worried.
Please can someone help me? This is the first time i experience this kind of problem.

Make sure your balance slider is in the center position.

Chech in global, in output settings maybe ur default output for left hand is changed... it should be LEFT-RIGHT not OUT1 or OUT2.
