I have my airline tickets paid for to get to the Kronos All Access Party
I have my lodging paid for
I am number 14 on preorders at Sweetwater for Kronos 88

Can I get a free Korg microSampler?

I have my Kronos on order from Sweetwater as well. I plan to attend the Kronos All Access Party at Bananas At Large.

According to the promotion, you must pre-order your Kronos AT the all-access party, presumably from the dealer who is hosting the event

I would also suspect you would have to pay full MAP price.

I'm still waiting to hear what the pre-pay prices are from one of those parties. I'd be willing to make the drive to one if the price made it worth it.
