need ic unit

hey guys,
i have a korg is50 and the ic units seem to be fried. The ic unit numbers are m5m44170cj and mx23c210mc-15. could you pls tell me where i can purchase them or add another ic unit in its place. i dont know much about ic. pls help

Gear: Korg Tr76, Korg pa700, Roland E50, M-audio 49 Key Rig, Roland BK9, Korg Micro-X. Logic for audio, Cubase for midi.
