Using Midi to change multis

Hi,

I have searched and read the first 4 pages of posts yet i cant do what i want yet.

I am using cakewalk and the x50 in multimode. I want to be able to use midi to change from multi 001 to multi 002, etc.

I dont need to change patches within the multi. I think i have the global settings correct. I am just not sure what to send from cakewalk. I read something about a "song select" message.

I could use some help. all the rest of my rig is automated except the multi changes. Beer goes to the winner.
