Hello i'll try to explain my problem as simple as possible.
I have a Korg Zero4 and i am using Traktor Scratch Pro. When i use the Zero4 i have to use it in (Traktors) Internal Mode (rather then External Mode). if i use it in external mode the the faders do not work and all channels are heard through the master speaker regardless of where the crossfader even if the volume faders of ch 2,3,4 are all the way down.
My Main Problem is:
In Internal Mode the if i am using ch 1 and 2 i can only hear in my headphones what the Master speakers are putting out. in other words i can not cue up a song before the audience hears it.
for example:
if Ch 1's vol fader is up and Ch2's vol fader is down- in my headphones i can only hear Ch1 and not Ch2. as soon as i turn Ch2's vol fader up i am able to hear it in my headphones but the crowd can now hear it as well so i can not listen to it before.
it also works backwards as well if i have ch2 vol fader up and ch1 vol fader down i can only hear ch2.
please help me... i know that it is just a few things i have to change but i cant seem to figure it out and i have tried plenty

1) Sounds stupid, but have you turned your headphone cue knob entirely to master?
2) Have you set up your output channels in traktor to 1-8 when in external mode?
