NOT ABLE TO FROM SONG PLAY

Hi Everyone- New to the forum. Transferred mp3 from the computer to thum drive but 'am not able to play them on the keyboard. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I played the whole day yesterday but today it just would not play. I see the songs on the screen but no output. Someone please help

Do you see the player running and just do not listen or even the playback does not start at all?

Is the X-Fader in the middle ?
Is the mp3-volume-slider in a hearing-position ?
Did you connect to the main-outs or out 1/2 ?
