If you guys can re-create the problem, I would suggest contacting Korg Product Support and report the problem. That sounds like a software bug.

Should be easy to reproduce, mine does it all the time. Just bring up the program or combi screen (by location or category, doesn't matter which) and scroll through them with the wheel...you should see what we mean.Brandon Daniel wrote:Yup, and post it here, too. Does it return to normal once you stop scrolling through programs? Or does it stay looking strange?BillW wrote:Should be easy to reproduce, mine does it all the time. It is just a quick "glitch" where the middle of the screen flashes (IIRC, it's a line across the middle, left to right that looks corrupted). It corrects itself as soon as you stop turning the wheel.Brandon Daniel wrote:Does it return to normal once you stop scrolling through programs? Just to confirm: I'm guessing that this refers to the scrolling list of Programs in the Bank/Program Select and Catalog/Program Select dialogs, correct? If so, then I can confirm that there's a line across the middle that's redrawn when scrolling quickly with the value dial.BillW wrote:It is just a quick "glitch" where the middle of the screen flashes (IIRC, it's a line across the middle, left to right that looks corrupted). I believe it's the screens shown on page 26 of the OG (there are 2 screenshots on that page but they're both of the same thing). I'm not in front of the keyboard right now, but I think that's it. Sometimes I think you can see what's beneath that dialog temporarily while scrolling.danatkorg wrote:Just to confirm: I'm guessing that this refers to the scrolling list of Programs in the Bank/Program Select and Catalog/Program Select dialogs, correct? There are two screenshots on page 26: one of the Bank/Program Select dialog, and the other of the Category/Program Select dialog. So, it sounds like we're talking about the same thing.BillW wrote:I believe it's the screens shown on page 26 of the OG (there are 2 screenshots on that page but they're both of the same thing). I'm not sure there is anything wrong with the Kronos...this might just be due to the drivers.

I'm certain that this doesn't indicate anything being wrong with an individual KRONOS. It appears to be a small re-draw delay with these specific screens, which indicates to me that it's in software. We'll look into it.BillW wrote:No problem, thank you for being here!danatkorg wrote:There are two screenshots on page 26: one of the Bank/Program Select dialog, and the other of the Category/Program Select dialog.
