Editing Arpeggio Patterns For Live

Post by anarchyxyz2 »

Hey guys, hopefully I won't get suspended for like posting a czillion posts :D

What I'm really interested is edditing the arp patterns, because I have my own ideas that I would like to put into practice, and the default ones don't fit the bill obviously.

Now i've looked and noticed that I'm not the only one struggling with this, so any help would probably help some other dudes trying to figure this out.

Thanks plenty,
Paul :)

Go into Global Mode.
Page Select (EDIT?) > Arp

Arps are either fixed notes - e.g. drum patterns or they are based upon playing sequences of up to 9/10 notes you've played.

So you get a grid and can go left/right and use the numbers 0-9 to enter which notes are played when. I think there are settings for whether it is sorted in order of note or playing order, etc.

I'm writing this from memory because I don't have my TR any more.
