Can anybody Help me Please? Can not save PAD in user style

Hi,
I am new to this forum. I was wonder if anyone having the same problem as me. I have korg PA1x Pro with O/S ver. 3.0 My problem is, that when i assigned groove, solo, etc.. to all four PAD in user style. The PAD did not get save. They will be lost every time i turned the power off and back on. I tried to unprotected everything in the disk or global setting and still did not save. Please help!!!
