Help!!! DRAM error for triton LE

Powered up my newly purchased old LE after getting a new power supply (old power supply accidentally plugged in 220v), successfully fixing internal power board by replacing a couple of its ic chips (exactly the same ratings), and then a "DRAM error" appeared on-screen. What does this mean and how is this fixed/repaired? Raplace DRAM modules on mainboard? Replace mainboard (God forbid..)? Any suggestions/tips please?
