The Rain Song Tuning

i want to learn how to play the rain song but it is not in standard tuning its in D-C-G-C-G-D i believe and i would like to know how i can use my korg guitar/bass tuner GA-30 to tune my guitar to the tuning of the song, could someone please help me with tuning my guitar?

I think this song actually uses the tuning EADADE, in which case, you can just raise the pitch of the 2nd and 3rd strings. You may want to replace the 2nd string with a skinnier one in order to raise it 1 1/2 steps. The Korg GA-30 should read these notes, but will identify them as different strings.

DGCGCD (1 step lower than the Rain Song tuning) is another one of Jimmy's favored tunings.

Thanks for correcting my use of language. I guess a guy who has taught grammar and essay writing for a few years should regularly be proofread by a spam program.
