Maybe we can all make the Forum, over 90% about helping each other, progress, learn, problem solve on a musical and technical level, as it is one of our keyboards of choice in which we have invested heavily in time and finance.
Thanks for taking part.

Yes very informative. However, I don't think 10% have problems. People with problems tend to fill this poll earlier than people without problems. So my assumption is the problem Kronos users are way less than 10%.

Good poll,
MichelK is right that people with faulty machines will be more motivated to vote, but even 5% of complaints is still a bit of a worry. Things like build quality are more of a concern than things that are fixable with an OS change.
Hopefully some of the more mechanical things (bits falling off, keybed and touchscreen issues (only seen 2 complaints about that)) can be sorted out pretty soon. If not then a 4 year warranty would be good (mind you if you buy from Digital Village in the UK you get that anyway).

Maybe 5% is not the most important. Only 5/6 people have written to have problems and as can be seen in the serial number thread, there are thousands of Kroni in the field. So it is probably not 5%, but 0,5% or less. However, for those 5 people still a fix should be made. I don't have numbers for other/older models (of Korg or competition), but I guess this is quite normal.RKfan wrote:Good poll,
