Nanokontrol + Sibelius

I am planning to buy a nanokontrol. I intend to use it with Sibelius 6 and a Yamaha keyboard (in fact, I would like to add controller-functionality to the keyboard, since it hasn´t such things as a mod wheel).

Anybody knows if such a thing is possible?

I have read some threads telling you can write a midi-map for the nanokontrol, so -even with some work- you can have Sibelius understanding nanokontrol, but I cannot figure out how to use simultaneously a keyboard (to input notes, velocities, etc.) and the nanokontrol (for sending mod wheel, volume etc.)
