Mini-PC to connect microStation to TV/monitor?

Not necessarily tight to microStation, but as I have one and like to use the Sequenzer with the included software on a PC, I am looking for a mini-PC like e.g. the "Fit-PC" that runs the software via UBS. Best would be a mini-PC with MIDI in/out. But just a mini/micro PC that is very small without any fans, etc. Any suggestions (that are also used for this)?
