Dear Forum members,
I do so hope you can assist with a rather unfortunate predicament one finds oneself in. Regretfully, it seems as though one may have been rather heavy-handed and inadvertently damaged the data entry wheel to the point where one can no longer select one's preferred patches, such as Pianoforte, Cello, Harp Et Cetera. One is currently residing in the picturesque village of Sheffield, Great Britain, and one would be awfully grateful if you good fellows could suggest an appropriate professional vendor to undertake this pressing repair assignment.
Yours sincerely,
Appleyard.

@Appleyard - I think the best thing you could do is contact Korg UK on 01908 304600 and ask them for a repair centre in your region. It could be quite costly, but it's worth getting a quote. Meanwhile, I think you should still be able to use the data entry slider as an alternative to the knob?

You might be lucky that the same data wheel is used for fixing the old ones so there might be more than average spares available.

I was the first making a remark about the language, however still I hope he get a fixed data wheel. Please don't take my (and other) remarks as personally offensive.
