Synchronising a Stretch part Drum Loop

Hi!

Im having great trouble making a good drum loop as a Stretch part and have it sync with the other pne shot parts.

First I Sample a beat, go into sample mode to edit the start and end, set the Stretch Param to 16. Then if I play put one beat on step one of the Stretch part it sounds ok, a good loop.. but when I ADD parts, HH, BD whatever, they are totally OUR OF SYNC. In order to get them to sync I need to PLAY the ESX while editing the in point, but you cant do that! (the Start Point doesn't work here cos it wont calculate the 16th step properly.. or something)

How are you supposed to do this?
