saw your movie 3x now and understand …
Now we really get some insight to your work …
so much try and error ….time …
So … a big Thank You again !!!!

Of course when I order Extension cables you get 2 for free…
And I also like your playing , South America yeah ,
maybe next time for more Wavedrum solos !

here is one more movie , the first one...
http://www.pandacreasite.com/wavedrum.html

The message comes later
you show , that it is still a complicated procedure
To insert his own samples into a individual PCM Sample file.
And also , that it is POSSIBLE

This is the “Goldwave editor” for the sample file
http://www.goldwave.com/index.php

Also for this thread:
If somebody knows , how to handle sample data more easily ,
how to make a small editor or how to adapt an existing editor ,
also a bankloader ,
please contact
This all is still “work in progress…”

Now that I'm back...

I downloaded your videos, freestock, but I'll need to get a .wmv converter in order to play it on my Mac using QuickTime. I can't watch them yet.

Perfect!

Thanks for that. Yes, the MP4 format opens up right away in QuickTime, no problem.

I just looked quickly to make sure the entire video downloaded correctly.
Wow, that looks like a lot of work on your part. Very well done.

I'll get a chance to view the whole thing later today.

Thanks again. Don't worry about your English, we can understand everything you're saying.

Great work!

Can somebody say what this is, i think a few lines of text are easier to download and view....

Does this involve hardware modifications?

It basically shows how to locate and remove the internal SD Card; how the information is organized (using a card reader, you can view the files on your computer); and how to replace some of the files with your own sounds.

Well, it's not designed to be "removable" but yeah...it's in there.

hi Zlokot

since 1 year you seem to be the first who is interested in PCM replacement
(its probably only me who is planning
to replace the PCM of Wavedrummers "HangDrum")

This should show to Korg that it is really not important to offer
an advanced model "Wavedrum Multiuniverse" with PCM edit functions.
" = constructive provocation " :wink:
shure everybody will agree

you can find the latest info and a still working link here :
http://www.korgforums.com/forum/phpBB2/ ... 373#501009

this is an *.exe file that decodes and encodes the big sample file.
and some video manual ...
Do you know how to open a "DOS Window" ?
or what a DOS batch file is ?
(DOS here does not mean "denial of service" )

so .... still not easy , but possible
a drag and drop editor (by Korg ?) for all Wavedrum models
would be the best customer service ever .
(together with an "SD Extension Kit" ).
This would be a "thank you" for all the early WD users ,
with kind of devaluated Wavedrum Silver/Ori models
and would make the Wavedrum a real hit .
$$$ --- and triple the sales numbers --- $$$

Hi Waterdrum!

I have Wavedrum WD-X-BK.
I would like to write a review of Wavedrum and your development and upgrades.

I order this lot: Cable extender
Image

Internal interface for editing sounds wavedrum - very horrible! I hate it!

but I wanted to create a musical instruments on wavedrum:
1. Caucasian ethnic instrument - dhol (not indian!)
http://youtu.be/ubdhHJPN1No?t=30s
2. acoustic drum set, as WD-X-GLB (Maybe, who know number of this preset?)
http://youtu.be/XnURLhzyi98?t=1m18s
i need help

i`m learning your development to write an review in Russian.

ordered a cable ? very good ...

the encoder/decoder *.exe does not come from me ,
but from "Freestok" who discovered the SD card.
it works perfectly for the big sample file and also for the loops .

I am more into hardware modifications
Internal interface for editing sounds wavedrum - very horrible! I hate it!
its getting better and easier

An editor that shows you all the sound data + read/write soundbank
has been developed by "Midisaron" :
October 13 th :
http://www.korgforums.com/forum/phpBB2/ ... b57e4e86cd

For your sounds maybe you open a special thread .
"Wavedrummer" already has a Global .
I do not , but I know a good trick with a modified WD
to have 4 different tones from 1 preset ...later
