A date question

Post by bennym1979 »

Hello dear friends,

I'm wondering to or not to ask this question. But, lemme do so. lil background though, so far in my music carrier I've used only boards by Yamaha starting right from PSR-145, 230, 510, 520, 550 etc. I guess now its time for me to roll up to the next level of playing and composing. So, I've reviewed some Korg boards for my budget like M50, TR, Le, which are moderate in price and worth to buy.

However, my main purpose is for live with most of the times Strings and wind instruments. I'm also planning for a home based studio too in near feature. Keeping in view of my above requirements can any one suggest which board best suites my needs.

I'm from India and that would probably gives you a better picture of what kinda music we play and which instrument we use and which board will give the best realistic voices.

If you want an arranger, then PA3X will give you a great result.
If you don't need arranger functions, I can strongly recommend the M3 or indeed its successor, the Korg Kronos.

The strings/brass/orchestral sounds on the M3 Expanded are awesome.

Cheers
