I can load single akai 1000 samples without problem; but loading a partition
ends up in a crash of the system; i can see on the monitor that all of the samples are loaded .. but at the end the kronos does not react any more to button press (OS system 1.5) .. that's very bad

I would suggest contacting your Korg Country Distributor for support.
The only way problems like this will get fixed is if people report them through support channels, so the evenrtually get back to Japan.
If you can replicate the problem, that is a good start.

I had posted about this a while back as well. Dan was on asking about the OS and such, which I supplied. I have not heard anything more, so I don't know if it's now in the developers hands as an official bug, or if we need to call and get it submitted that way.
