KORG ESX Metronome is SO LOUD!
I haven't found anything in the manual that tells how to turn the volume down. I'm using a rim part in my pattern instead f the metronome, but haven't figured out if I can do a count in via this route.
Agreed. The metronome is set way too loud. To my knowledge, I don't believe there is a way to change it either.

Yeah, especially when working with quiet/un-normalized samples, with the volume up. Watch your monitors/eardrums!
I tend to stick a hi hat or kick at 4/4 and work with that if i need a 'tick'.

Did somebody say Normalize?
Thanks, the thought hadn't crossed my mind. Now that I've messed around with normalizing and re-sampling, my drums sound way better and louder, (less hiss) then the preset samples. And they're just loud enough for the metronome to not be so annoying.
Thanks all.
Thanks all.
