How to take apart an SV-1 73?

Post by JohnDoe »

I need to replace the input PCB in my SV-1. Can anyone here direct me to what screws to loosen, in order to open it up?

I would really like to know about how to work on this thing as well. The warranty isn't worth much to me. If I ever have to replace something it would be nice to know how to. I understand how to work on guitars, but keyboards seem like taking apart a computer to me.

I took mine to a repair center in my town and the tech noted that it was the most difficult board he has ever taken apart. There is a calculated sequence and specific bolt order that must be followed in order to disassemble.
