How to copy from "Program" to sequenser?

Post by tritonic »

How can I copy from "Program" to sequenser? :? .... like from "Combi" to sequenser....
If I want to use exactly the triton program with FX and record the track with it in a sequenser..... can I copy it with fx somehow?

Sorry for bad english.... :roll:

Hi of course you can, but it's not as simple as a combi : you need to go to the IFX/MFX tabs and click on the top right to copy the effects, then you may need to route the program to the first IFX.
Korg Triton Pro (2001), 64 Mb RAM, SCSI, PCM01/08, MOSS, Piano sounds in RAM (Steinway, Kawai);
PSR 6700 (1991) and ... that's it :(

Interesting shortcut I did not know, but it apparently always copies the program to track 1. Are there many other shortcuts like this ?

PSR 6700 (1991) and ... that's it :(

I would also like to know how to copy a programme to the sequencer, like I can with a combi. Tried this "press enter+record" thing but it just overwrites the selected programme to it's original location, it doesn't copy it in the sequencer.
Current gear: korg Triton (classic). Korg 01w/fd. Korg MS 2000r. Alesis Ion. Novation supernova Mk1 (rack). Kawai 16 ch mixer. Alesis midiverb 4.

Sounds like you pressed record and then enter.
Not the same thing as enter+record, which means holding enter and then tapping record.

I've tried that, holding enter and tapping record/write, and it just ask if I want to update the programme. Maybe it's because I'm rrunning OS 2.1.0 is this shortcut for later OS?..

Done it. it was down to early OS version. After I updated the OS to 2.5.3.. that "copy programme to record" shortcut now works. :D
