I think he is playing a B with his little finger, but it's partly obscured by the rest of his hand. The bigger question for me is, what the hell is it all about? Just noodling about not really constructing anything cohesive. Great way to blow a few hundred bucks. And there are comments on that page calling it a 'song'????
