HI, I need some help from an admin please. I updated my account with a new password and a new email address. After it activated, the page blinked and a quick message flashed that my account is now inactive.
I tried to log in with old password/oldemail combination, and new/new, but kept getting an error message. I registered under an alt email address to be able to post here, but I would like to use my client email instead of gmail if this is possible.
My original email was botar@tx.rr.com. I changed it to botar@comcast.net.
Is there any way to reactivate the new email ? thanks again. bob

I've re-activated your account for you. Any changes you've made have been remembered.
When you change your email it is supposed to send you an email with a link to activate your new settings. But we have had problems lately with people not receiving these emails.
