Sampling Question for KP3

Post by reechart »

Is it possible to create multiple samples on the KP3 without hearing the previous sample?

What I mean is, when I create a sample on Pad A then create a sample on Pad B i can hear the Pad A sample on Pad B even if Pad A is disabled.

Thanks :x

Sorry. Which settings exactly?

I have it set for direct input.

Also I am sampling directly from my keyboard.

Thanks for your response

I think what Bow means is that--unless you're in one of the modes that only effects samples (the crossfaders, for instance)--you can just mute out all but the sample you want active. If you're in a standard effects/looper patch then it should be no problem to mute off any of the 4 buttons.

yeah that is what i meant...if A is running, and B is not, simply hit both at the same time and A will stop and B will start.
