Gig Bag for PA3x

Hi,

Has anyone found a decent gig bag to fit the PA3X?

I am going to be carting mine around to a gigs and would like to protect it but all those I have seen so far seem a little bit thin and the better padded ones only seem to fit the 61 key version and I have the 76 key version.

I've been toting my Pa1XPro around in one of these for the past couple of years and can recommend it. Okay it's a soft case but it's very well padded and strong.

The Gator bag may not fit the PA3X. The specs indicate the height to be 5.71 inch without music stand. The Height of the gator bag is 5.5 inches. There may be a problem.

Don't know of a good gig bag for this but I use an SKB and it fits perfectly.

Man, you need the gator hard case 76 Deep model:

That fits the Pa3x 76 and is a great quality case.

Probably the regular 76 model could fit but I never tested it, I know the deep model works perfectly

This company will make this for the 76 note version. It should weigh in at 20 lbs. which is the same or less weight than soft cases (not gig bags)

I have one for the Tyros 4 and I weighed it on an accurate scale. It was 20 lbs exactly with wheels.

That Gator GK-76 will weigh more at 25 pounds. I had one of their cases. Never again. Besides being overly heavy for the amount of protection you get it started to tear almost immedieately.

The MBT4300 Case fits the 61 key version perfectly. Its a soft but very sturdy case with hard sides and wheels. Comes with impressive padding and pockets for just about everything. Its just the right depth (6") and has just enough room left for pedal and padding. Its also very reasonably priced (about $170).

after your post, I went on SBK site and searched for a case that would fit Pa3x 61, but whatever I found was quite larger than what needed.

Could you please so kind to specify what is the SBK case that you use, as you said that it fits perfectly?

I have just bought the Gator GK76 and am very very pleased with it.
I guess that if you are a very busy musician and moving your keys around a lot or piling it in with a lot of other gear, then the harder case is probably a better option.

I am very protective of all my gear and so my GK76 suits my obsessive/compulsive approach.

The case only weighs about 12lb (roughly 6 kgs) and so doesn't add much weight to the keyboard.

Is that the hardcase GATOR 76 model you're reffering to? I've been looking at those too, but the height seems to be 5 mm to low on the specs.

Could you maybe link to the one you have on e.g. Thomann??

I was googling for pa3x 76 keys cases and i found this forum!
I am about to purchase a korg pa3x 76 and i can't find hard case!!
Does someone know anything? Does Gator TSA 76 work for pa3x? or should i buy a softer as you recommended above? In that case Gator GK 76 is the best option...and if so from where should i buy it?

Sorry for asking so many...i feel so amateur!!!
