What program do you need to put patches on your R3

I have a korg r3, and I would like to put some different/new synths on it. It has a USB cable in back, so what program do I need to do this?

You can't put different synths on the R3 or any other synth. All you can do is load other R3 programs/patches to create different synth sounds. There's a bunch of programs for the R3 under the download section of this forum.
