Korg Concert 3500 notes not sounding upper octaves

I could not find a Korg Digital Piano section.

Just picked up a Korg Concert 3500 digital piano for $35. Mostly to use as a MIDI controller, which should be fine.

Problem is (and why only $30) that upper octave notes (about octave and half) are not sounding. Not sure if

a) keyboard contact problem
b) circuit board problem of some kind

how best to trouble-shoot ?
