DEVICE GENERIC ERROR

when i put my 2 GB sd card in my pa 500 it is showing an error "unformatted device or unknown format use the internal format command to initialize the device" then i try to format my sd card , this time i got a new problem it is not get formasted and it a showing a new error "DEVICE GENERIC ERROR " same error is showing other sd card also.

how to solve this bug
