Is Sound Quest still alive?

Hi everybody!:D
As long time user of the MIDI QUEST XL Editor/Librarian, I'd like to upgrade to the version 10, so I tried to contact Sound Quest - Sales Dept. twice by email: no answer at all.
This sounds strange to me, because their website is active (as usual) and they continue to offer their products. Are they still alive?
Any help would be really appreciated.

Yes, they are the ones behind the new KRONOS Editor, and are hanging out in that part of the forum.
