If Korg made a digital collection (M1 & Wavestation) for the Reason Rack Extension, I would buy it.

Well Korg are developing a rack extension for the new Reason update so maybe they are porting the legacy collection. The MS20 could be an interesting addition especially with Reasons CV routeing capabilities.
Although I'm hoping that Korg will release something original for RE rather than just another hardware clone.

I'm extremely curious on how they'll implement an MS-20 as a Rack Extension due to the current "rules" of Reason rack that clash with a polyphonic version of a fully wire-patchable MS-20X-Trade wrote:I seem to recall that the MS20 was mentioned in an announcement vid I watched.
...unless Korg will make it without patch saving and as a monophonic instrument...
which would, in turn, make it the version closest to the original

Polysix for Reason
Hi, Everyone, I would like to inform you all of Korg's RE Polysix,
Here's a link: www.korg.com/polysixforreason
Korg’s classic Polysix for Propellerhead’s Rack Extension plugin format
Polysix for Reason uses Korg's proprietary CMT (Component Modeling Technology) to precisely model the electronic circuitry of the original analog instruments, capturing the exact sound and parameter response of the originals.
In addition to replicating the original sounds, the Polysix software synthesizers also provide a wide range of new functionality for contemporary sound creation, such as 32-voice polyphony (max), up to 16-voice unison settings, and freely assignable external modulation settings.
The Polysix programmable six-voice polyphonic analog synthesizer was introduced in 1981. With a full-sounding voice structure, chorus/phase/ensemble effects and performance functions such as chord memory, arpeggiator, and unison, the Polysix became a world-wide hit. Its distinctive string and pad sounds are often heard to this day.
In addition to faithfully replicating the sound of the original, the Polysix for Reason also adds enhancements such as 32-voice polyphony (max), up to 16-voice unison (with detune/spread function), flexible external modulation settings, MIDI clock synchronization, and a spread function that adjusts the spaciousness of the effects. This neoteric functionality brings the classic Polysix up to date for use in modern music production.
The interface provides reorganized knobs and switches that resurrect the Polysix in a contemporary "rack-mountable" form for even more intuitive operation and sound-creating versatility.
Polysix for Reason will be available for download at Propellerhead’s web-shop:
Price: 49 USD/ 39 EURO.
